FYI-Tomorrow at 3pm the UNO Mavericks play Boston U. in the NCAA Hockey Tournament. This is the first time UNO has ever been to this tournement. Basically they are one of the top 16 teams in the nation! Not bad for little UNO. They will be on Cox channel 3 or on am radio: 1290! Let's GO MAVS!!!!!

St Patrick's Day

Another St. Patty's Day has come and gone and now another year to wait before the next one! We all met up at the Nest where they had $25.00 all you can drink beer. As you can tell by the pictures everyone got a their $25 worth! Between starting at 12:30, playing rigged drinking games, meeting a leprecaun, watching Chad who's "21" get drunk and puke, Irish car bombs, dancing, Adam once again ending up soaking wet with beer, and the matchmaking going on it was a fun time! Hey we never had any green beer! Oh well....can't wait for next year!

Brew Off

Congrats to Kevin who won the first "Brew Off." I know the judges are anxiously awaiting the second round and the chance to drink more free beer!!!

Dave's Party

Dave came back to visit for a couple weeks. He threw a party last Saturday night. I'm putting these pictures up if anyone wants to look at them!

YAY!! The Nebraska basketball team just won their first Big XII tournament game in 6 years!! Collier might have just bought himself another year! They play Oklahoma next! GO Huskers-if we win the whole damn thing (which would truly be like hell freezing over) we will make it to the "Big Dance!"

And more Husker news....
The baseball team after an incredible weekend of beating Notre Dame, Arizonia, and Minnesota, takes on Alabama this weekend at Hawks Field in Lincoln. The Husker's ace, Joba Chamberland, will not play though. He's not seriously hurt, it's just for precaution! The Huskers are now 8-2 on the year.

Spring practice for the football team starts March 22nd! WOO HOO!
